Ingredients
  

Colesaw

  • 14 oz Coleslaw Mix 1 bag
  • ½ medium Red Onion chopped
  • ½ cup Cider Vinegar
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 4 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Celery Seeds
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 2 tsp Kosher Salt

Pork Sliders

  • 2 cups Pulled Pork
  • 4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 4 buns Kings Hawaiian
  • 1 packet Dimply's Memphis Pork Rub

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together all coleslaw ingredients. Stir to thoroughly combine. Set aside.
  • Take your pork and sprinkly Dimply's Memphis Rub all over it and mix with your favorite BBQ sauce. Heat pork in Microwave and set aside for now.
  • Set oven to broil. Place Kings Hawaiian bun bottoms on a cookie sheet. Pile pork evenly onto buns, drizzle with BBQ sauce, and top each with a slice of Pepper Jack.
  • Broil sandwiches just until cheese begins to melt and "droop." Remove from oven.
  • Top sandwiches with coleslaw and bun top.
