Pulled Memphis Pork Sliders with Coleslaw
Ingredients
Colesaw
- 14 oz Coleslaw Mix 1 bag
- ½ medium Red Onion chopped
- ½ cup Cider Vinegar
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 4 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Celery Seeds
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Kosher Salt
Pork Sliders
- 2 cups Pulled Pork
- 4 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- 4 buns Kings Hawaiian
- 1 packet Dimply's Memphis Pork Rub
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together all coleslaw ingredients. Stir to thoroughly combine. Set aside.
- Take your pork and sprinkly Dimply's Memphis Rub all over it and mix with your favorite BBQ sauce. Heat pork in Microwave and set aside for now.
- Set oven to broil. Place Kings Hawaiian bun bottoms on a cookie sheet. Pile pork evenly onto buns, drizzle with BBQ sauce, and top each with a slice of Pepper Jack.
- Broil sandwiches just until cheese begins to melt and "droop." Remove from oven.
- Top sandwiches with coleslaw and bun top.
